This is equipped with most modern C.N.C Lathes, CNC Drilling Broaching, Copy Turning, Centering and Facing, Chucker Lathes, Double end Boring Machines. Milling and Grinding machines. Here all the precision components are manufactured which are required for front axle assembly. The activities like SPC and process capability is a routine thing. |

Press Shop |

The Press shop is equipped with 10 T To 800 T/ presses in single action, double action and hydraullic version from Indian & International manufacturers like M/s Erfurt. The Parts produced out of press shop are sent to assembly line and then directly delivered to the customer end to meet JIT (Just in time) requirement.
The press shop is backed by sophisticated tool room which is a common to all the group companies.The die manufacture and maintenance activities are carried here. This shop is also equipped with die spotting press from M/s Erfurt. |

Assembly shop consist of contemporary equipment for welding operation like stationary spot welding, overhead spot welding machine, MIG Welding & seam welding. R.K. Group's knowledge & skill in welding operation has contributed significantly to superior weld quality and reliability of the end product are made in-house by tool room personnel. |

Paint Shop |

Paint shop is fully conveyorised and has four paint booths capable of operating prime coat, base coat and top coat simultaneously. There are two baking ovens and the shop is totally dust free. The paint shop is equipped to paint any plastic or sheet metal components. |

INJECTION MOULDING |
|
Injection moulding division consists of machines with clamping force of 225 tonnes to 750 tonnes. All machines are micro processor controlled with hopper dryers and automatic hopper loaders. All machines have multiple core pulling facility also. Injection moulding division is manned by skilled workforce and are capable of running all three shifts. |
